Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. All items originally included with the order must be returned.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at annamon1807@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Please do not send an item back before your return has been approved. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and its packaging so we can review the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, opened, damaged after delivery, or returned without all original contents may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order.
