Shipping Area

Bookish Bundle by Rox currently ships orders within the United States only.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

During holidays, sales, restocks, or periods of high order volume, processing may take additional time.

Shipping Time

After your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to the carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because the address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.
